Stayed here for a work event and both the hotel staff and event staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very pretty, clean, and has plenty to offer in amenities. The room was a very nice size and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. All the food from room service, to the restaurants, to the event catering was all delicious. There is not much in the surrounding area to walk to, but with so much on site there is no need to leave.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Eau de Palm in Manalapan, Florida was nothing short of spectacular. Thanks to Skylark, my booking concierge, I received a wonderful room upgrade—the décor was stunning, and the waterfront deck was pure magic. The opulence of the entire resort is breathtaking, yet it’s the service that truly sets it apart. Every staff member greeted me by name and attended to every detail with genuine care. The spa deserves special mention—it is truly a gem. From the flawless check-in and calming candle ritual to the exceptional services, everything was perfection. Facials, body wraps, and massages were all deeply soothing, serene, and incredibly relaxing. A true sanctuary. We also celebrated my daughter Halle’s birthday at Angel, the on-property restaurant, and it was unforgettable. The service was impeccable, the food incredible, and a heartfelt thank-you to Ahmet, the server’s assistant, who went above and beyond. His warmth, cheerfulness, and attentiveness made our celebration even brighter. All in all, Eau de Palm earns a well-deserved five-star review. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so amazing.

I visited the spa. I flew in from NJ to get away from the cold; I wanted to decompress and relax. I had a wonderful experience. You can go to the spa even if you’re not a guest. The minimum purchase requirement is $250. I got a hydro facial that I enjoyed very much. The spa atmosphere is classy and extremely clean. The staff are professional and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough.

An absolutely luxurious New Year’s Eve experience at Eau Spa. Our pedicures with Magda and Rosa were flawless—elegant, unhurried, and deeply relaxing. Their attention to detail and refined touch made us feel completely pampered. From the serene atmosphere to the exceptional service, every moment felt indulgent. The perfect way to welcome the New Year. Truly exceptional Afterwards we sat outside and went to Breeze Oceanfront Kitchen- which is an absolute gem. The beachfront setting is stunning, with beautiful ocean views that create the perfect atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and every detail felt elevated. Dining was a truly memorable experience—relaxing, refined, and effortlessly elegant CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

The location is beautiful, the food is excellent, the beds are dangerously comfortable, and the water pressure is perfect, but what made our trip there so memorable was the personal touch and exacting care of the hotel staff. Guest Coordinators Sarah and Logan went above and beyond to give my wife a wonderful birthday experience, as we arrived to a room impeccably themed around her favorite artist (it’s Taylor Swift, haha). Every interaction with hotel staff was warm and welcoming; they were prompt and attentive even to our barest ghost of a concern, and I cannot recommend Eau Palm Beach enough to anyone who wants to vacation there. As a postscript, the fitness center was brand new and well equipped, and felt spacious even in spite of its popularity with the other guests.

Eau Palm Beach will forever be my favorite resort in Florida. The service is always 10/10 — every single team member makes you feel like family the moment you arrive. I come often from New York just to recharge here, and the biggest reason I keep coming back (aside from the stunning property and exceptional service) is the food at Breeze Ocean Kitchen. I am completely obsessed with their smash burger and Caesar salad — like, truly obsessed. I have literally gotten on a plane from NY just for those two things, and I’ve been doing it for years. They’re that good. That’s why I have to say… my heart broke a little when I noticed the Caesar salad recipe recently changed. It used to be perfect — crisp, flavorful, and iconic — the kind of salad you think about weeks later. Please, please bring it back! And whatever you do, never change that smash burger. It’s an absolute masterpiece and worth the flight every time. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to make Eau such a special place — it’s truly my happy place in Florida.

We spent Thanksgiving at Eau Palm Beach with our family, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The service truly stood out — warm greetings from valet, a friendly welcome from Chris at reception, and even a golf-cart escort to dinner by another team member. They made our adult kids feel so special with cookies and champagne upon arrival, which set the tone for a memorable stay. We booked the lanai rooms, and we loved them — modern, bright, comfortable, and just steps from the pool and beach. Days by the water were fabulous, with attentive staff bringing delicious food and drinks so we could fully relax. The entire experience was both fun and luxurious — exactly what we hoped for. We’ll definitely return and would book the same rooms again. Eau Palm Beach has earned a new family tradition for us!

Excellent service in a beautiful location. This is by far the most pet friendly hotel we have ever experienced. They even have a delicious menu for dogs. It is very well priced in contrast to the human food which is excellent but definitely overpriced. The staff, especially April at the Concierge desk, really tries to meet all needs. This hotel sets a new standard.
